When it comes to content management, M-Files ECM offers the best features that makes uploading, securing, sharing, searching, and retrieving content easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the security features of M-Files ECM The software is not only easy to use but also makes content collaboration and management easy The software comes at a cost any business can afford M-Files ECM is scalable
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface needs some work. It looks outdated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For all your content collaboration and management needs, M-Files ECM is the software to have. It will not disappoint and will keep your business content safe.

What differentiates M-Files ECM from other similar products?
M-files solution excels in every category, and with a little more effort, we can now convert a large number of manual tasks into advanced digital workflows. We chose M-Files after several discussions since it was the easiest to integrate into our existing system and gave stronger security controls for all data records within our firm.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its modern feature kit is extensive, and the ease with which it interfaces with Microsoft programs makes it an excellent content services suite. M-files also has a wonderful and visually attractive graphical workflow editor that is quite useful for users who are unfamiliar with how to design, manage, and interface workflows with their environment.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was the only time during implementation when we and our IT team were unsure whether it would be a good fit for our business or if, like others, it would make our work more difficult for us, and because its setup is complicated, it took a lot of time and money, but after that, we felt it was the best tool we had implemented.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The content services market is vast, and the majority of them claim to offer safe and best information management storage space, but the fact that they only claim and don't deliver always costs our businesses a lot of time, resources, and money, so I recommend users don't waste their time on more complex and expensive software and instead go with M-files, which I am confident they will find fantastic.
