What differentiates LeverTRM from other similar products?
This is the first software I have had a chance to use, focusing on employee referrals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ease of use when we're referring applicants. We don't need to email back and forth to the recruitment team to ask for an update on our referrals. Instead, we have to monitor the progress of referrals' applications in the software, which I found convenient and saves time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The necessary functions of Lever are present. They could improve the user interface because it looks Jurrasic based on my current work experience. But that, doesn't affect our usage, maybe just to entice more audience to use the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With the current Lever setup we use. We need help finding a way to directly communicate with either Talent Acquisition or Interviewers within the software. If there is a way to leave a comment and tag some folks within the software, it could be helpful or convenient to follow up on some applications.

What differentiates LeverTRM from other similar products?
LeverTRM grow faster and we need to have tool with us to manage the growth. Lever has been super helpful
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Good experience so far, lever has already saved me and my team multiple hours in organising interviews and tracking the system
What do you dislike most about this product?
I Don't like the lack of formatting options in the feedback text boxes, for example bullets copied in from a word or Google doc
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The analytics need to be improved and interface which can be improved as well
