Inability to trigger custom notifications, or modify text in system-delivered notifications

Carefully weigh Lever's capabilities against your requirements; development is pretty slow and has not addressed most of the worst functionality gaps

Lever is very versatile and simple and found pretty much on most job boards. Simple performant, neat UX
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the Internal job boards feature
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lacks calendar and scheduling features as far as I have seen.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get it if you are large org who needs a lot of compliance and IT team go ahead etc and would stick to a safe and well tested options. For a smaller team where hiring panel members also have fulltime jobs stick to calendly / notion combo instead. It's more effective and appealing to candiates too

Helps easily organize career fairs, open houses, information sessions, and campus interviews. Analyses can be conducted to assess hiring performance, spot patterns, and gauge how successful different sources are at attracting candidates.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
LeverTRM is a good tool for hiring people from a variety of sources, including internal recommendations, professional social networks, career websites, and candidate databases. Candidates who are not actively looking for work but might be interested in future opportunities can be found to build relationships with.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To maintain and manage integrations with LeverTRM, more resources are needed, and the task is technically demanding.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
LeverTRM is a tool that I suggest using to store and arrange candidate data, including resumes, social media accounts, talents, and employment history, among other things.
