What differentiates JumpCloud from other similar products?

Integration compatibility and stability with other various range of services and appliances

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most valuable features are flexibility, policy management, and device patch management, such as limiting access to devices only in certain countries or sending a number of commands to devices to manage them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

JumpCloud can improve its synchronization of identities. Specifically, groups with Office 365! They've been working on this, but it's not quite where I'd like it to be.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Conduct a proper PoC with your organization specific parameter before purchasing

It works well, they offer education pricing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very intuitive, has great support and very extremely easy to deploy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That we cannot restrict users from changing their own passwords

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They offer a free 10 user plan which is a great way to test the service, if you are happy with it you can simply expand your licenses without losing your initial setup.
