My favorite aspect of this product is its project and task management capabilities. We've been using Jira for a long time, and it has been highly beneficial from a business perspective. It allows us to easily track the status of projects and tasks for employees working on the same project, making our work more effective and efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of this product is quite high and could be reduced to make it accessible for small businesses. Additionally, the user interface could be improved.
