Jira is different from other similar products in that it is a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Other similar products may focus on project management, but Jira can also be used for issues and support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira software is the perfect tool for agile teams. With its powerful views and custom workflows, I can manage my projects effectively and efficiently. Plus, the built-in roadmaps make it easy to track my teams progress and keep everyone on track.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've been using Jira for about a year now and it's been a great tool for managing projects. It's easy to use and has a lot of features that make it a great choice for project management. I definitely recommend it!

Jira has easy task management functionalities such as can easily log tasks using time trackers and calendars! Easy to edit and manage our own dashboards ! Easy and secured filtering options than other tools. Easy for management team to evaluate our progress

Easy and secure tool to handle and manage the task! Calender facilities to log time, user friendly dashboard creations with task management! Quick and easy evaluation process for task management

What do you dislike most about this product?

Almost all the functionalities in the jira are good enough to handle the task management activities. Easy to filter and edit! sometimes in mobile applications it may take some more time to load and perform than the desktop or web applications

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend jira as an enterprise level project management tool to easily handle and manage our task allocations and time based working culture! User friendly tool and doesn’t consume much time on maintaining this software
