What differentiates JazzHR from other similar products?
The system is definitely usable and can accomplish what it needs to do, plus their customer assistance is top notch, so I recommend it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
JazzHR is the most user-friendly and straightforward software I've encountered among application tracking systems. As a platform, it works nicely with what I already use, and the support team is always quick to respond to questions and suggestions. JazzHR has simplified our recruitment procedure, and for that, we are grateful.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing, they have always complied with my suggestions and jumped at the chance to better themselves.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great platform that is easy to pick up and use. Helps your team keep better tabs on applications and potential hires. It is compatible with any internal or external recruitment tools you may already be using.

For me is how you can create different questions/flows in the different steps of the hiring process that help you to have a real custom process that will work for you and that you can start to improving it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a user, is definitely how easy you can configure and start using the product. You will be able to configure your workflow and how you can update the whole hiring process.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That they don't have a good responsive or mobile version of Jazz. You can use it but is poor, to say the least.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
At the beginning you would feel a little bit overwhelmed but have some patience since everything will be worth it in the long run.
