The after-sales once the integration goes live. CS team ensures that every step is taken to evolve the bot.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The analytics engine is very strong and robust.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that I can think of.

Haptik developed chatbots are far smarter than any other chatbot in the market. You will definitely get a positive ROI.

What differentiates Haptik from other similar products?

They help you with solutions, they are always available for support, think out of the box solutions and provide real answers. They have dedicated account managers who ensure great relationship with every team member.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simple Process Flow/tool to create your own bot in minutes...when i say minutes i mean it...and if you think you need to be a techie you are completely wrong. Non Techie with a clear logical thinking can build a BOT in minutes

What do you dislike most about this product?

New Product Dev Cycles can be fast tracked

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Provide clear use cases of your requirements and ensure that your SME who is going to lead the show spends time with the contact person to ensure your requirements are clear and ensure daily catch ups to check the progress. Any deviations can be corrected in this course so that you get the right solution. As your team member is a SME the process / product support needs to be provide to the team as they will not be SME's from Day 1 for your process/ product.

Admire their drive to keep adding value to our processes with the most suitable developments and integrations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Their Customer Success team and set of developers work in tandem to keep improving efficiencies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Feature to easily train the bot in Ai recommendations was not delivered as originally pitched to us when we were considering Haptik. Bot builder pop up (niko) is annoying as it's all the time, not a one-off pop up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
