What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive has an excellent interface, it is easy to use and implement, its cost and integration with pre-existing tools is excellent, its functionality and efficiency, as well as its good support and security among others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Drive greatly simplifies and streamlines the work of our IT department. It is an excellent application for backing up and organizing papers, communicating and sharing files with our work team in real-time; I can invite a specific user or set up custom URLs to share my files. As an IT manager, I handle numerous confidential files that cannot be stored on a local machine for fear of being stolen or modified, and drive has allowed us to store them all , and keep them safe and close at hand, which is vital to us and our operation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I don't like is the process for copying and moving entire folders, in the web application as it is a bit complicated and cumbersome, unlike the desktop application, which is more pleasant to perform these basic activities, in addition to the Drive permissions for shared drives as they are very rigid, which I believe should be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Drive is a really valuable tool, and I recommend it to anyone willing to use a cloud storage solution that works smoothly almost 100% of the time - it's great for backing up, documenting, and organizing work on a large scale, collaborating on work, and keeping your information secure.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

It is a great storage solution instead of a USB drive or external drive, both of which can become damaged and stop working over time, resulting in the permanent loss of your valuable files, but this will not happen to you if you use Google Drive because it uses cloud storage directly on Google's servers. You no longer need to send emails with attachments to your personnel in order for them to inspect and change the file (and have to receive it again). Simply choose the document or folder and customize it so that you may not only read it but also edit it, view real-time changes, communicate with others, and leave comments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Images, stories, drawings, sketches, recordings, videos, text files, presentations, spreadsheets, and other material may all be kept safely. It gives you 15 gigabytes of free storage and lets you organize folders and subfolders for better file organization. It may be accessed from any Internet-connected device anywhere in the world. It is extremely useful in the field of collaborative and remote work to be able to view your files when on the road, in a vehicle, at work, in a boardroom, or in any other location where you do not have access to a computer and may connect using your mobile phone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop version is unprotected, and anybody with access to the computer may view files in the Drive directory.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Cloud Drive Enterprise allows you to install relatively easy document, spreadsheet, survey, drawing, and presentation apps, allowing you to work from anywhere and track your progress. You may make changes while not connected to the Internet, and when you rejoin, Drive will sync and save your changes immediately. If you are in charge of a task and are unable to attend work for a lengthy period of time, you may manage your team by sending jobs and documents that will be replied to in real-time
