Drive Enterprise pricing is based on active users and storage used per month so the more users we add into the system the more expensive it gets

Collaboration with Drive Enterprise means your files are centralised in the cloud which prevents company data from being compromised or lost.

Quick transfer of files and folder differentiate it from other.

we can share and receive the data from multiple people. we can save or store the data. Multiple people can edit the file at same time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the UI is difficult to understand for beginners. Google drive provide limited cloud storage service.

it is the best platform to store and share file with various editing features so go for it.

I also like the Google Sheet because I use it daily and it serves as a spreadsheet for me. I can also view or share files even if I'm not present on my system, and I can use this mobile application even when I'm on vacation. I appreciate being able to alter the access, modify, and share permissions for files and folders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Android mobile application is the best feature that works well. This is ideal for me because I can use it to access, view, share, and create files from anywhere, even when I'm not on my laptop. This is the one I like the most because it's simple to use, lightweight, and has a sturdy user interface. I also like Google Slides because I can create PowerPoint presentations using its feature and then add videos, links, and hyperlinks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my opinion, it is crucial to continuously monitor the development of cloud storage features when utilizing this tool so that they do not lag behind the organization's present needs. Only files created by the user can be changed. To quickly avoid garbage or spam in folders and subfolders, it is advised that you include the update option.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Google Slides feature is my favorite since it allows me to construct dynamic PPT presentations from fresh and allows me to add nominations, videos, text, and hyperlinks as well as produce visually appealing and vibrant content. This makes it simple for me to share the Slides with anyone, and it also gives me the option to choose whether to share them with view-only or edit-all permissions.
