What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Drive Enterprise security includes data loss prevention feature that gives me control over which employees can share information, preventing unintended exposure of sensitive information like identity numbers and credit cards

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The AI-powered search feature makes it easy for employees to search for content because the AI can detect terms and suggest relevant content. The AI-powered search will also recommend other files that are commonly used with the one that is being searched

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't display usage data for specific documents. So departments like sales teams, for whom it's important to see document usage and analytics, can't get that insight with Drive Enterprise

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

File sharing, enhanced collaboration, and accessibility from any device connected to the internet are the top advantages Drive Enterprise brings to users worldwide
