What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Ease of signup and implementation and product navigation. The straightforward, clean layout make it simple for our team members to figure out how to use it, without the need for training and/or reaching out for product assitance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intuitive navigability - in typical Google style, the UI is clean and easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Needs more robust security protocols to ensure clear visibility of movement history within the drive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a natural fit for companies that are standardizing on Google Suite of products, not that it is a necessity to do so to leverage the platform. My recommendation is to "pick a lane" and go with the solution that allows for the simplest way to enable collaboration across team members. E.g., Microsoft products and platforms naturally allow for cross platform utilization across their suite of products, same as Google.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google drive offers us flexible storage options to ensure that we always have enough space for storing our files. It has data loss prevention features as well as a centralized administration helpful for managing files and users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Drive has features such as pop-ups to provide us suggestions and the ability to sort folders based on how often we use them. It also provides ample storage space for dealing with data and documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't encountered any major problem with google drive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Drive is well-suited for remote setups as it allows easy access to files and information needed by the business. It can house big files and is an excellent tool for sharing information without the need to hand over actual USBs or printed documents. Google Drive can also be easily integrated into any organization, and it allows for collaboration on documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and drawings with up to 50 individuals at once.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google Drive offers 15GB of FREE storage, with its utilization of cloud technology you can securely access it anywhere in the world. Other competitors offer a maximum of 5 GB or less with other limitations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Working in a fast pace environment, there was always new information to download and study daily. With Google drive, I was able to easily access my information and synch files each time I had computer issues and needed to use a backup, I was able to easily access any files shared with me, and share any documents that I could easily convert into a PDF with my fellow employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although initially, Google Drive is free up to 15 GB, the downfall is slow to upload and download speed. Even with a hard-wired connection, it's still slower than the paid plans.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a FREE 15 GB of user-friendly, cloud-based storage for your important files or even personal usage then this is the software for you.
