What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
With Google Drive , comes automatic integration with other Google apps like Keep, Docs, Sheets , Slides and so on. Personally and across my department, we've found this integration helpful and we have utilized it to our full advantage when it comes to team collaboration and maintaining version control for our files.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The web based nature of Google Drive makes it ideal for me. I am able to use Google Drive from any web browser, as long as I am able to sign into my Google Drive account. This convenience for me is very important , as far as saving and accessing documents and files I need on a daily basis at work is concerned.
What do you dislike most about this product?
On several occasions, files on my Google Drive fail to automatically be updated on the Google app on my mobile devices, without me continuously refreshing the application over again, multiple times, despite the app being synchronized with my Google account. This failure in synchronization will be the only area of my experience with this software tool, which I have got complaints about.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As with any software tool, I believe there are pros and cons that come with deploying Google Drive. Important for the intending team to properly analyze both sides of the dividing line, as it relates to their own processes before making a decision.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
It provides a 15 GB of free storage for free which helps for beginner's so much and it has high access controls where admin can control even download , screenshot options to the user
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can easily upload files from mobile , laptop where we can easily view them in mobile also which is the great feature as most of the people use mobiles.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its optimization for large files is so bad it takes so much time to load one file which irritates user to choose an alternatives instead of drive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the best software if you think to buy its premium version as it gives only 15 GB for free which will not be sufficient for your organization and you can access its integration apps with other apps like google workspace, Gmail etc.., which is one of the great advantage if you choose drive.

It’s a reliable data storage and sharing tool. I don’t know of other solutions that are as reliable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I prefer is the possibility of working together simultaneously on the same document. It’s very practical.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes we have errors saving files during a loss of internet connection and so we lose our last changes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Google Drive understands user needs and is constantly innovating. Feel free to switch to this solution.
