What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
The simplicity and ease of use of google drive is what really made it stand out to us. It's easy to get up and running and use without really any training and the user interface saves time overall.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
User interface is great. I also love the search feature when looking for documents that I'm not sure where they are, and the real time collaboration capabilities on the google suite of products. Integration with google slides is also great - slides has been extremely easy to use and delightful when creating presentations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some aspects of google docs and google sheets are missing from what we'd really desire to have as a team. In sheets in particular, it can sometimes be hard to have complex and linked equations and customizability the way that we'd like and we often will end up using excel instead for our power users. Captioning of photos in reports is difficult in google docs, and formatting can be a bit clunkier than word, for example.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely the right fit if you want something that's easy to get up and running and that has a low barrier to entry. It's also very commonly used so can be good for working with other partners or vendors who may use it. If you need complex spreadsheets or a ton of customization there may be other tools that are a better fit.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Google Drive is just easy to use , regardless of the device of access. It is intuitive , making its interface straight-forward to navigate seamlessly without running into issues. There is a reason it is probably the most popular file storage software among individual users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Google Drive has strong collaborative functionalities, which I do not think is currently matched by any file storage program that I have had experience using. With Google Drive, I can co-edit documents in real time with other users, share files with fellow Google Drive and non-Drive users, can add comments to my files without issues and can even search through my saved documents using keywords.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Google Drive lacks task management provisions and electronic signature management is non-existent on the platform. In my role, I find the two absences, to be gaping holes in how I use Google Drive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Without thinking twice, I will recommend Google Drive to anyone looking to adopt a file storage program.
