What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Google Drive is the best working tool for both individuals and businesses because it allows multiple users to edit files simultaneously in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Your team can work flawlessly with Gmail, Calendar, Google Meet, and third-party apps like Slack and Trello. You can control who sees, edits, or downloads your files, ensuring security and access control.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can create and edit Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides documents directly within Drive without needing external software. One of the best reasons I love Google Drive is that it offers 15GB of free storage, which is more than Dropbox (2GB) and OneDrive (5GB). I can also collaborate with my team and clients instantly, eliminating endless email revisions, back and forth with prospective customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you share files frequently, your Drive can become cluttered with random shared documents, making it hard to keep things tidy. While 15GB is great; it includes Gmail and Google Photos, which is little for a social media manager, and it fills up quickly, requiring a paid plan for extra storage. Sometimes, files take longer to sync across devices, especially large video files or high-resolution images.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a reliable cloud storage solution, Google Drive is one of the best options for both you and your teams. You can take advantage of version history to track edits and prevent accidental data loss. Even if you forget a filename, you can search by keywords or content inside the document.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Its so easy to use and its cost is not much expensive like other solutions
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
documents sharing and management, where am able to share my documents with thirds party and give them only viewer status makes it better on addition to that the editing rights were am able to share with team and we edit the document online
What do you dislike most about this product?
Using googles drive needs you to online always unless you download and intend to upload later, working online makes it expensive in terms of buying data for internet connections

Using google drive is more secure since no one can access your documents unless you have permitted him or her, therefore I recommend the solution to others
