What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Not only did i do my entire degree on google drive. compared to doing it on word and saving to a laptop its an absolute godsend. i’d never have to worry that the computer would crash before a deadline, because it was saving every second. the fact that it's free for 15gb is enough for all my essays and research papers from four years in college.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ps the best part is Explore thingy in docs, which links into drive. i can access my research notes without leaving my essay. also mobile scanning is huge for taking pics of whiteboard notes post lecture. i can snap a pic and vala it’s in my study folder at once. it helped me stay organized when I was busy and overwhelmed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the installation process is not always straightforward: I had to do the offline setup quite a few times until I got it right. if you haven’t activated it before your internet goes down you’re SOL.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if any student is not utilising it, they are making their life more difficult than needs be. it’s a must have.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
It has real-time synchronizing that is much better than using external hard drives as my work will not be lost regardless of whether my laptop malfunctions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The cloud storage will enable me to provide high-resolution client gallery to the clients immediately without the requirement of sending the physical USB drives by mail.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The upload speeds are irritatingly slow when I need to copy huge RAW files which slows down my entire post production process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Arrange your folders in date and clients name as soon as possible, otherwise locating a particular photo in the future would turn out to be a nightmare.
