What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?

Google drive is better than using external ssds: you'll never have to worry about losing hardware the difference is the "always-on" nature of the cloud it's the best because it handles massive files, like 4k videos, surprisingly well you can stream a video stored in your drive just like a youtube video without having to download the whole thing first.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the "google lens" integration. I can take a picture of a business card and drive can get the text off it and save it. The way it integrates with google forms is also great - all my data goes straight into a spreadsheet in the same folder. Default to drive - it's fast, secure and very easy to navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The "shared with me" section is a complete mess. It's just a list of all the things that anyone sent you in any order and it's impossible to organize.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it to anyone who wants to declutter their physical life. It's the most dependable way of keeping your important documents safe and accessible.

it is seamlessly integrated with google workspace, also it provides free 15 gb space for your files. We can easily edit the files from your drive using google sheets, docs, excel etc. It provides the cross platform accessibility like can be used in android and as well as in IOS. We can share the folder link to other people and only collaborated people can do the changes on it, its provide security over files. It works smoothly across major devices and browsers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can edit and collaborate on docs sheets and ppts words etc with drive without downloading the files. We can control access by user and provided links or using organization logins. If you upload anything form any device everything syncs perfectly and we can use it, We can easily search the files in drive and also it is very secure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is actually no tagging feature, we can just change the file name or folder names. We edit some files offline then there will be a issue with syncs, it will get inconsistent. We can just use drive for basic storage and collaboration it is not fully capable to be use for project managements,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I really recommend this to people who wants a easy cloud based file storage. Also it will provide a real time google workspace integration where you can edit your files also with collaboration, 2 3 people editing the same file is possible. It provides a good amount of storage on a decent plans.
