I like most is how everything stays in one place and is easy to access anytime. I don’t have to worry about losing files or sending multiple versions back and forth, it just keeps things organized and simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As files grow over time, it can take a little extra effort to keep everything well organized, but with proper folders and naming it’s manageable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I’d suggest using it regularly for everyday work so you get comfortable with how it handles files and sharing. It’s also helpful to keep file names clear and consistent, which makes finding things much easier later. Once you get used to it, it really simplifies collaboration.

What differentiates Google Drive from other similar products?
Google offers free storage of 15 GB for every account. It is from Google, so it is one of the most trusted tools to store enterprise and personal data
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to organize and share documents or any files using links and I also like the access control and audit trail features
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes there are sync issues but it is a rare occurrence. I dont have any other complaints regarding Google Drive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can expand more storage by creating another free google account but if you want to maintain everything in one place for enterprise use, you can simply buy more storage which is not expensive at all
