What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?

Forsta's tool enables easy integration of samples. Great field monitoring dashboard.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The blend of GUI builder as well XML coding window make it a perfect tool for survey programming with great dashboard and sample management features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a bit difficult to design custom setup. Also the user guide is not organised properly in knowledge base section.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Somebody looking for a multifaceted data direction tool with ease design and integration with dashboard and numerous other features, can go for it.

It's an end to end solution, so it covers all features and processes we need, from gathering, to action management plans.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If I had to choose, probably dashboards and text analytics, saves me so much time!

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment, nothing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for only a survey tool to put the data in your storage box, don't go with Forsta. If you're ready to apply CX program in it's brightest aspects, accepting the facts and being open to level up your CX game, than consider Forsta.

Thoroughly read the manuals. Most of the information you'd need is already answered in the document
