What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?

we have these for our cx program and the closed loop feedback system is awesome. when a client gives us a bad review, a ticket gets automatically submitted to our support team. it’s such a good bridge between research and action.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i really enjoy the multi channel distribution. we can send survey through email, sms or we even embed in our app. I.e. having all that data come together into one truth so that we don't have to go around merging spreadsheets from multiple providers manually.

What do you dislike most about this product?

user interface is a bit old. Menu browsing feels like using software from a decade ago. it's not as slick or modern as typeform and surveymonkey, and locating certain settings can be like a treasure hunt.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

i highly recommend this for large enterprises that are customer experience focused. the auto workflows for closing the loop with unhappy customers are worth the price itself. it transform passive data collection to an active customer retention.

What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?

Forsta has a straightforward survey builder that has multiple forms of question types, it is intuitive and easy to set up.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dashboards and data visualization works best for me, I don't need to export data to Tableau to visualize, it does it .

What do you dislike most about this product?

Slow loading, it works well but takes time to loading especially when you're running multiple surveys.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Forsta is user-friendly, easy to set up and creates good surveys that attracts user attention, we have been using it since 2024 and it hasn't stopped working.
