What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?
The easy to work with design and navigation, very responsive and simplified interface, effective reporting and dashboard, data output of choice and most of all easy scripting

I would advice to give it some time as it may seem complicated and overwhelming at the beginning but once you get a hang of it, it is the most simplified product offering varieties

What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?
Forsta's tool enables easy integration of samples. Great field monitoring dashboard.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The blend of GUI builder as well XML coding window make it a perfect tool for survey programming with great dashboard and sample management features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's a bit difficult to design custom setup. Also the user guide is not organised properly in knowledge base section.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Somebody looking for a multifaceted data direction tool with ease design and integration with dashboard and numerous other features, can go for it.

What differentiates Forsta from other similar products?
This tool has the ability to collect customer information through various systems. Compared to other tools I have used, what I like about this tool is its ability to collect data through surveys, even via SMS, which guarantees a more versatile and functional study in case you do not have access to the internet at the moment. It is a tool that has allowed us to change strategies and know what each customer wants
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the platform, especially its visualization. This is a tool for those who have not yet started marketing campaigns tailored to what the customer really wants. This tool has metrics and trend analysis to guide you in terms of campaigns, so that they are more focused on what really works
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't had any problems with the features. From my point of view, it's very comprehensive
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its capabilities go beyond conventional systems. It can connect and analyze comments from different platforms or systems, at least emails, messaging, and other methods where customer satisfaction is analyzed for a specific purpose, whether it's to increase sales or improve advertising
