What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
Dialpad Ai Meetings has been quite helpful to me in the manner in which I manage to keep senior management informed. The video quality is clear and sharp, which enables me to render complicated situations convincingly, and the share screen option enables me to illustrate complicated charts and graphs with ease. It is useful to be able to listen to the meetings for which people did not have the opportunity to attend the live session.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Notably, the breakout room functionality stands out as one of the features of the application. It is useful for breaking the participants into subgroups to consider certain areas and session recollection. This engulfs better flow and sequences the discussions to be more specific and appropriate utilization of time from all the parties involved.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can access meeting details on the go. It is an efficient one, and they managed to sustain a good sound quality in the calls even when using 4G. However, I have observed that the designs that are complex on this website work slightly worse on a mobile version than the one for PCs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has easily enhanced our management virtual meetings with Dialpad Ai Meetings. It is now difficult for our senior management team to do without it to ensure they are sensitized to new risks and how they can be managed. One usually expects security to be tight due to the nature of this business, and Dialpad Ai Meetings meets these expectations. The features of end-to-end encryption as well as meeting lock options make me comfortable while discussing the sensitive information of the company.
