What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?

Massive amounts of customizability with Dialpad Meetings like ringtones and hold music. Very intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization is the best of all conference tools. Better UI than zoom.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My calls were consistently disconnecting.

If you want a tool that serves as a phone and conferencing platform and you are a small to medium sized business, this is a perfect solution.

What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?

Dialpad offers talk and messaging functions with an intuitive interface that's simple and easy to use. In addition, it has various AI powered customer engagement tools. These tools make it stand out from the the other players in the market. The AI powered CSAT feature where the algorithm computes the level of satisfaction by gauging customer behaviour through various metrics helps the users know what they're doing right and vice versa. This certainly encourages the use of best practices and the ones that are more likely to yield consistent results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The constant addition of new features, the attractive user interface and the different add-ons that come with it truly make the product addictive in the right ways. It is everything and more that you could ask from a messaging and customer interaction application. The connection stability is a major plus point as there are almost no cases of latency, static or lag on A/V calls. The platform is completely on the cloud and there's no need to worry about recorded meetings as they can always be played back at a later point in time. The ability to share all kinds of media on the application is a major bonus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only concern that I would have to mention, and I'm nitpicking here would be the pricing for the business licence. At USD 15 per user is kind of steep for a larger team, especially if companies are just starting out. Although the offerings are well worth the money, the price could make a lot of users, especially the bigger players think twice. And for such products the reach is the main criteria as a wide user base is crucial in ensuring that the product stays relevant.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Based on personal experience I would say don't think twice. Just go for it, and you'll definitely thank me later. This product has massive potential and can offer tremendous value to the business. There are quite a few processes around sales, pre sales, customer service and personal relations that can be organized and synergized to a significant degree with Dialpad.
