Implementation was tricky but worth it

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
It is a live totally in the cloud solution with real time updates for payroll which is critical for employee satisfaction. Self Service is easy to use and the mobile app is a definite plus
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Live updates in Payroll
What do you dislike most about this product?
Adding new features can but complicated and getting support may take a while.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask lots of questions. They will provide demos but realize that the controlled environment they use will not totally resemble the end product. You must hold them to the features you ask for working as promised and try to have demo cover what you're expecting.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
It provides a single solution for all required applications for employee management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With the single login we can apply for leave, Edit address, check payroll everything.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you want to see the level of employees in this then sometimes after zooming it will not work fine.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Nothing. But they can improve their UI of the application.
