What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?
Dayforce stands out in the market because of its very noticeable feature which is Real-Time Payroll.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how Dayforce is offering a single platform for managing the whole employee process and how I am able to quickly approve schedules, time-off requests, and more using the Shift Bidding and Swaps feature. I really appreciate the Real-Time Payroll feature as the real-time data required for budgeting and forecasting. Dayforce has made the communication gap nil between employees and managers, as communication has become very convenient by using this platform. As it is a cloud based tool therefore my data is accessible anytime and is secure for sure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although Dayforce is a great platform but sometimes during high times such as payroll processing, the system gets slow or unresponsive which is understandable but create a fuss for a moment.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would like to highlight some features of Dayforce that I believe one should definitely consider. One is the Continuous Performance Management feature, which is great as it has built-in tools for setting goals, tracking performance, and giving feedback. The other one would be the Real-Time Payroll feature which calculates the pay on per day basis instead of doing at pay cycle end.
