What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
ClickUp's capabilities are comprehensive and it would be a challenge to find a feature they do not have. It is a great looking dashboard and experience, with fantastic training and support, built-in.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The templates are great, and save a ton of time! The resource centre is also comprehensive and helped us onboard and get up to speed with the platform easily. Having documents integrated into our processes kept everything in one place, organised, and easy to follow. They say "one app to replace them all", and many of the features and integrations (time tracking, integrated documents, chat feature etc) proved that statement!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Initially, the learning curve and onboarding seemed daunting, coming from a free, much simpler project management platform. However, the 'training' templates, resource centre and onboarding helped tremendously , and with a little time and practice, our team was up and running.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely make use of the training and templates to get you up to speed. You'll also discover a ton of features you may not have found otherwise.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
Our primary task management tool is ClickUp. Currently, the entire company relies on it to keep track of both routine operations and special projects. As an agile business, it has been quite useful for us in terms of sprint planning, time estimation, and the subsequent phases of actually doing the work and keeping track of how much of it is finished. We may also receive many reports detailing the individual members' and the team's contributions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ClickUp is used all around the company. As the project manager, I use it to delegate and monitor the work of our creative, tech, and marketing teams. To better manage time for our retainer-based clients and for internal resource planning, we can readily see how much time each team member spends on each job.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Automation of custom fields ought to be more flexible and user-friendly. There may be occasions when the user interface is unresponsive or takes a long time to load all of the necessary data. They have a shaky documentation system. As a result of employing it, we had to discard certain data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're searching for an intuitive tool to keep track of your projects, activities, and time, go no further than ClickUp. Although it may not be the greatest option if you need a tool tailored to a certain approach to project management (Agile, etc.), it can be adapted to work with any approach.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
Unlike other apps, this one is easy to use and has a vast variety of options.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using ClickUp, I like the simplicity with which you can customize it to suit your needs. As a marketer, I must use it to keep track of consumers' campaigns, preserve content, and get feedback. As an employee of my company, I have access to shared workspaces with other customers' teams. Tracking the progress of my customer's discussions and keeping an eye on future events is also a fantastic benefit. Project management software is one of the most versatile options available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The sheer number of options available in ClickUp might be a little overwhelming at first. When I've run into problems, their help material is straightforward and their customer care team has always been fast to answer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This webinar may be personalized to your individual needs by one of our ClickUp specialists. Using a template or modeling your workspace after someone else who does the same thing is a smart idea when you're just starting started.
