What differentiates CATS from other similar products?
CATS has been utilized by me as an Account Executive and Recruiter. Utilizing CATS, it is simple to discover applicants on any Career Site. Once an applicant has been locked, their details, such as rate and abilities, will be visible to all Employees or Account Managers for reviews and other purposes. We use it during the hiring process to create bespoke job searches, publish jobs, parse resumes, create unique hiring procedures, and generate bespoke reports. It's arguably the easiest system I've worked on, offering incredible options for designing new fields and procedures. I can't picture my tasks done smoothly functioning without it!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The benefit of adopting CATS is that we can connect all of our roles and recruitment sites to CATS. The email connectivity and online recruitment capabilities are simple to utilize, the add-ons option is quite effective and important, and I appreciate the courteous and responsive customer service. It is less complicated than other systems that are overburdened with extraneous features. The LinkedIn extensions and resume searches are excellent. Customized processes are a fantastic idea, but they limit the versatility to include essential data into triggers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
CATS' customer experience does not appeal much. Unless we are particularly skilled in a procedure, the interface is difficult to grasp. Much hand-holding is required at first for a newcomer to understand the nuts and bolts of CATS. There is an issue with forwarding applications. When you post a job, it instantly puts it to a work order, which causes a lot of complexity. Quite often the email connection fails to function effectively, and other times the website is difficult to load.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The platform performs accurately, what it claims it does - "Applicants, Jobs, Organizations, and Contact Monitoring" - excellent database control with extraordinary ability to monitor a Career including all applications.
Pros
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
- Efficient Service
