Easy to use, reliable hiring tool

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates CATS from other similar products?

What stands out to me about CATS is how straightforward and easy it is to use compared to other ATS tools. It doesn’t feel overly complex or cluttered, which makes it easier for teams to adopt quickly. The setup is simple, and you can start managing candidates without a lot of training. It feels more practical for everyday hiring needs rather than being packed with features you may not always use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most is how simple and easy it is to navigate. You can quickly move through candidate profiles, track progress, and manage communication without feeling overwhelmed. It keeps things clean and focused, which makes day-to-day hiring tasks much more efficient. It’s also quick to set up, so teams can start using it without a long onboarding process. Even for smaller teams, it feels practical and doesn’t require much effort to maintain or manage regularly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most is that it can feel a bit basic if you’re looking for more advanced features or deeper customization. As your hiring needs grow, you might find some limitations in reporting or workflow flexibility. It works well for simpler use cases, but for more complex hiring processes, it may not offer the same level of control as some other tools. The interface, while simple, can feel slightly outdated, and integrations with other tools aren’t as extensive as some competitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re considering CATS, I’d suggest using it if your hiring needs are fairly straightforward and you want something easy to get up and running quickly. It works well for small to mid-sized teams and recurring hiring. Spend some time setting up workflows and tags properly early on, as that makes a big difference later. Also, keep your data clean and structured to get the most out of search and reporting features. If you expect very complex hiring processes or deep analytics, it’s worth evaluating if it fully meets those needs before committing.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Unique Features
  • Caring

"User-friendly applicant tracking system."

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates CATS from other similar products?

The program stands out from the competition due to its advanced features, responsive support staff, and competent management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

No matter how little or easy it may appear to others, the hiring process is the HR department's most important and final goal. Without CATS, this process can take a long time and a lot of effort.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a lack of depth in the reporting and analysis capabilities. For managers who rely on having numbers at their fingertips, this can be an annoyance. The improvements aren't substantial enough to warrant celebrating yet, despite the revisions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software comes highly recommended from me because of how simple it is to work with and how helpful the included videos are for learning the program's features.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Enables Productivity
  • Trustworthy
