What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using Birdeye Interactions is easy thanks to the easy to understand dashboard. The software comes with great features making live chat, business bulk messaging and texting easy It is affordable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't had any bad experiences with Birdeye Interactions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Birdeye Interactions has so far worked well in our business and I think it is one tool that will take your business to the next level. Go for it.

What differentiates Birdeye from other similar products?

It offers excellent customer service through representatives who answer all questions, connects us with so many sources of customer interactions and allows us to respond to them effortlessly, they also helped us keep the account updated, makes the management of the reviews is simpler and more effective, it allows us to keep track of the opinions to which we have responded and which we are waiting for more information, the reviews that we can acquire for our clients are enormously valuable and help to improve your online reputation With multiple positive reviews, it is a simple and effective way to reach our customers in real time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like to use the tagging feature to assign tags to review, so that we can identify trends in responses and sentiment, I also like auto-reply to reviews to have business interaction with posted reviews, I am very impressed with all the website and I have not had any problems with the software, I also love that the team responds to our needs and our industry and works to help the application meet our needs, I also like the ease of access and distribution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I cannot like about this platform, all its functions and characteristics are to my liking, it offered me a great experience when using this tool, I have nothing bad to say about this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an efficient tool to manage all the reviews and a very convenient place with aggregated information, it is a must for any business that understands the need to achieve and maintain a high rating online, I highly recommend it.

I like Birdeye Interactions allows options to help engage and interact with customers, includes business list management, online review generation, two-way text messaging, customer surveys, referral management, and a mobile app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The option of being able to plan references and antecedents would be excellent.
