Atera is sort of a one stop shop for MSP's.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

The fact that it includes an RMM, PSA and Remote Access are big pluses. The creation of a knowledgebase is important for our techs to be able to search for problems that have occurred to clients and to see the solutions to those problems allows for a quicker resolution to support calls. The integration of third party back up solutions and anti malware are very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Remote Access and the knowledgebase are very good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see a whitelabel knowledgebase portal to provide access to clients without them having to login. I would also like to see a bigger discount on additional techs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it and more than likely you won't regret it.
