What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

The main difference is that you are charged per licensed tech instead of per enrolled device.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to remote into a computer

What do you dislike most about this product?

Scheduling tickets. It would be nice if there was a calendar to choose the date from when I'm only wanting to schedule a single ticket to create and not recurring

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When you compare to other products, it has all the capabilities, just at a lower cost.
