Great tool for doing work remotely in an effective

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Remote help, system programming, remote monitoring, antivirus help, and backup support are all built-in. The platform offers me complete control over all of a client's workstations and servers. It meets all of our requirements. We can work more quickly and efficiently as a result of this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I get thorough reporting, and monitoring notifications arrive quickly. I enjoy ticket scheduling for customers' monthly maintenance. I may now pick whether notifications are truly critical and require notification. I can now establish automatic remediation for minor issues like a machine's Disk being too full; it will immediately run a script that deletes all temporary files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The speed with which online and offline devices update can be increased. When the gadget is online, I have to wait just a few minutes for Atera to refresh the status. I'm hoping that the online position can be updated in less than 10 seconds.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Assume you're considering upgrading from support service. I strongly urge you to investigate Atera. They provide comprehensive virus protection as well as backup options, all on a user-friendly interface. It's quite simple to use. Customer service is excellent, and they answer questions quickly to any questions.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

The thing that makes it unique is its working strength, and because of this unmatched power, it's feasible to handle practically all of our customer's gadgets, as well as simple network devices and managed PCs and servers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Atera is easygoing, forward-thinking, creative, and caring. They are always upgrading the tool, adding new features, and paying close attention to their customers! In comparison to other solutions, Atera is extremely user-friendly. The product does not require days or weeks to master. It is a terrific solution and I enjoy working on it because it gives me enhanced flexibility.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would be thankful if the monitoring is more simple and improved. In addition to this, the smartphone app is the least interesting part of Atera. The app's responsiveness and performance are both poor. It also logs the user out regularly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am a user of other solutions but I've decided to continue with Atera because it has a distinct and remarkable power that others lack. I've been using it for a long time and have yet to find anything that will cause you to lose money. You confidently choose it as the best solution ever.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

When I first tried it, I was overjoyed to discover the one I'd been looking for for years, and its services surprised me because I couldn't believe how simple and functional it became. It is simply my final and preferred network monitor, which I feel I will never abandon in the future.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the bright dashboard and the simple structure as well as the stunning interface that allows me to see what's essential for our customers and for our company and also allows us to satisfy our customers by giving them the safest connection to our sites. The killing feature for me is its ticketing system. Using this cool system we can report problems directly from our email, and experts can easily keep track of them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I love to use Atera for remote network monitoring and management but the thing that sometimes distracts me is that I cannot complete all of the work centrally. Unfortunately, the antivirus and backup solutions are integrated using separate consoles that add additional effort to my work. Everything on a single console would be ideal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Atera is an all-in-one solution that relieves you of the hassle of managing multiple solutions. With this unified solution, you can easily monitor your entire network, including laptops, PCs, mobile devices, routers, switches, and other devices. I would enthusiastically suggest it and I advise users to put it in place by lining it up with their existing flow patterns.
