What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Updates to managed computers can now be deployed fast. With very little effort, default programs can be delivered to a large number of new devices. Our clientele like the reporting feature of Atera. It improved the quality of our work while also reducing our workload. This is what I did. It was a fantastic tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how they continue to innovate and bring new things on a regular basis. I appreciate the user-created content library, especially the SNMP, Windows command line, and Powershell scripts. I enjoy the bright dashboard and the simple structure that allows me and my customers to see what's essential to us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More alert granularity would be improved. It's a little annoying that we get an alert every time a server goes offline. A timeout of more than 1 min could be used to demonstrate that the server is truly offline and not merely a network blip. Chrome OS is not yet supported by Atera.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend you to first inspect the solution and check your requirements. This should be viewed as a pilot rather than a full-fledged experiment with dedicated resources. They provide comprehensive virus protection as well as backup options, all on a user-friendly interface. It's really simple to use. I love their excellent customer service, and they answer questions quickly.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

The pricing model differentiates Atera from the competitors; where competitors charge a fee for each endpoint Atera uses agent based pricing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that i can install an agent on any computer at my customers' site without worrying about incrementing billing charges.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Atera doesn't keep history of software installation / removal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Atera is very worthwile to consider when looking for a tool to support IT service management.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Updates to managed computers can now be deployed fast. With minimal input, default programs can be deployed to several new devices. Our clients like Atera's reporting. In comparison to our previous working tools, it boosts our productivity while reducing our effort. It is doing admirably for us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how they are constantly inventing and adding new things. I appreciate the user-created content library, especially the SNMP, Windows command line, and Powershell scripts. I enjoy the bright dashboard and the simple structure that allows me and my customers to see what's essential to us. I'm delighted they chose Bitdefender as their partner; it's my preferred antivirus program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm glad the app was finally updated; being unable to access the problems my clients were experiencing was frustrating, but now that it's rectified, I have no complaints. It's a little annoying that we get a warning every time a server goes offline.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Atera was recommended to me by my current employer. I had used Atera and was quite pleased with it. The value of money is unbeatable. Atera is ideal for MSPs and mid-to-large businesses. Unless they have a large number of sites, small businesses are unlikely to see the benefit that Atera offers.
