What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Atera has a good set of features, very useful to an MSP like us. Our helpdesk team, highly rely on ticketing and remote access feature. Maintenance team use update and automation features. Some feature still needs to be fully developed, but Atera's team delivers new release on a regular basis, so we can

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Atera can be integrated with teamviewer and other products, to build a feature rich environment to work with, When we made the software selection, five ears ago, the feature that drove our choice, was the licensing model. Atera is licenced on a per technician basis, not on a per endpoint basis, so we can use all the feature to manage all servers, pc, devices of all our customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

API doesn't expose a full set of data, so we can't fully integrate it with our ERP.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use group policy or Intune to distribute the agent to all PC and servers.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Since we have specialists stationed all across the globe, Atera allows me to manage our computers remotely without having to deal with any tedious administration tasks. I can provide assistance with the least amount of hassle when problems arise. Troubleshooting, batch deployments, large processing, analytics, and windows updates, are greatly supported by Atera.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can access the necessary full details with only a few clicks, which will save me a lot of time. It's beneficial to have comprehensive device information because it makes taking the required actions simple. The technical support team at Atera is excellent. I always use their excellent Chat system when I have a query or problem. We can also easily run reports to determine our priorities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The support tickets linked to a connection are also erased when I remove them, I don't know the reason behind it but this is a bad thing that must be fixed first. Because it occurs so infrequently and is so minor but still a problem, it causes me to exit the browser session.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Through Atera, it has been incredibly easy to build and execute scripts remotely. It also enables users to automate processes that take a lot of time or are monotonous. The users who are sick of wasting their time on remote monitoring can look at its feature stack, and I hope they will find it useful.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Atera presented me with a gigantic functionality that I had never experienced before. I believe it sets itself apart from similar products in that it is customizable, remote user setup is uncomplicated, and installation is quick and easily understandable. Atera makes all effortless, whether it be station monitoring or remote management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboard design is attractive, flexible, and simple enough for beginners to operate. The fact that it offers practical status updates on the devices is what makes it amazing and strong. Automations are simple to set up and schedule, and they produce excellent reports when they are executed as planned. I particularly like the flexibility to design and edit the reports I need to build for my clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I had a lot less trouble with it than I did with the rival platform. The agent made the procedure quite easy; whenever we encounter a problem, all we need to do is contact their support team, and the problem is resolved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You must be hooked by the cost but the item will attract you. It is simple to comprehend and put in place. Additionally, the technical help is excellent. They truly do make an effort to fix errors and add functionality. I'm extremely delighted with Atera, so I often suggest others to use it to get its wonderful features.
