What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

Among so many used and sought-after software, we decided on ADP Workface, because it integrated all our needs into a single software, thus allowing greater fluidity, performance and profits in our company

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We needed some software that was complete and covered all the needs we had in the human resources area, we found ADP Workforce, which became our best ally and our work performance changed radically. Our employees have access to all your information, such as their payroll, benefits, vacations, etc., available for when you want to enter and verify, all this without the need to access human resources

What do you dislike most about this product?

The prices are a little high, but its capacity and performance keep the cost negligible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software has many built-in features, payroll, talent, benefits, data management and employee personal information. Very easy to use, regardless of time, place, and without being at a desk all day.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?

ADP Workforce is the hub where employees can access company information, request time off, view pay stubs and tax papers, and more. Human resources, employee communications, and benefits administration were also implemented with varying degrees of effectiveness. It served as the go-to resource for any HR requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It serves its purpose well. Though not as cutting-edge as a system like Workday, this one has the advantage of being far simpler and easier to use than its rival. Even if your staff only uses this platform once every several months, when they do, it's likely for a very critical reason; hence, having an intuitive interface is essential. All of this is completed without any extraneous features thanks to ADP Workforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While safe, the platform was not very user-friendly, requiring frequent password changes and ever-stricter authentication procedures. There was no corresponding app for mobile devices. Used by HR to disseminate business news, however the information wasn't well-formatted, and it wasn't easy to find.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

HR Software by ADP As of right now, it's best for places where punching in and out is very necessary. As someone who has worked in human resources in both manufacturing and banking, I can say that time and attendance tracking is crucial in both industries. Due to the high turnover rate typical of such an establishment, it is beneficial to have simple record-keeping systems and straightforward access to staff files.
