What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
It is "all in one" system. I do not think there are any other systems out there that have time tracking, employee record keeping, policy sharing, task delegating and talent management features combined together.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I think employee record keeping is one of my favorite features, because it is safer to keep all personnel files in ADP, it is also safer sharing personnel files through ADP without compromising any data. But I should add that I do love its employee time tracking and payroll system too because it is very easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing that I dislike about it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Are you Human Resource Management professional? Invest in ADP. It will save you time and money.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
ADP is likely the most streamlined and robust for companies who wish to run the entire HR & Payroll departments through ADP. Being able to incorporate employee management & reviews, payroll, tax, hiring, benefits, and more into a single portal is valuable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use after being properly implemented and set up, and ease of connecting ADP to other platforms via API.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The implementation process can be a bit rocky, though highly situational. I have been through 2 ADP implementations and generally felt it all took longer than it should have both times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about scale and future for your business, and if ADP will fit that vision. ADP can handle the vast majority of your HR and Payroll needs - generally companies that which to use the full suite of services will find significantly more value, rather than only using for 1 sub-section of HR, etc.

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
First of all, it is usability. Pretty straightforward for all end-users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The primary aspect is that all end-users can check information in one place: - PTO days (federal holidays, PRO, sick days, floating days, etc) - All benefits
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile application doesn't have all features of a web application. Would like to use the ADP mobile application with the same functions
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good product for all SME and mid-market companies.
