What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
It is an easy to use program, and it has many functions that are very helpful, in these aspects it is much better than other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ADP Workforce Now system has been my go-to for more than five years now. I like the product's robustness and the fact that it includes everything I need in its Human Capital Management (HCM) bundle. The whole life cycle of an employee, from the time they are hired to the time they are off-boarded, is included in the suite. I have access to all HR, Payroll, and Benefits reports. In addition to having a time and attendance module, this platform is really well-designed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
After ADP does an update, the system may go down. Unfortunately, ADP does not provide any information on when the system will be operational during these hours. Using the Bridge is the only way to find the answers you need. It's a huge pain in the rear. Only a few times a year does this happen! If you have an urgent tax problem, it is recommended to file a case with your Representative as well as uploading the tax notices to your account.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
All of your HR and Payroll requirements may be met by ADP in one spot! All federal and state requirements may be met without having to log in to different platforms.

it is easier to use than other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The finest part, in my opinion, is that the ADP is open to everyone. Having all aspects of employee management, including onboarding, payroll, taxes, benefits, and time and attendance, on the same platform or with the possibility to do so, is very convenient. I've worked for organizations with similar platforms, but they weren't as well-oiled as this one. Human resources may be a chaotic area due to the fact that it is always evolving.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The improvements that ADP makes are the only drawback. The most recent releases have failed to meet expectations, resulting in ADP functionalities that don't operate properly or even at all. On a Monday morning, it's a bit difficult to handle payroll because of the weekend boost. However, when everything is running well, it's a wonderful experience!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the platform for you if you want to handle benefits, payroll, onboarding, and so on all in one place!
