It provides a seamless experience and requires very little effort. It is easy to develop as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not allow us to download metrics in excel which hampers productivity

Go for it for your organization/team without any hesitation

Ada takes care of customer needs by ensuring they can help themselves without much interbey from the customer care team. The interactions are personalized and the tool is easy to navigate

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Ada is easy to use The personalization of conversations is a win. I like that it's affordable I like that customers can self-help which saves time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Ada has been nothing but amazing. No complaints

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a tested and proven chatbot, I recommend Ada. We have used it for long and it has proven to be the best. It's easy to use and relatively affordable
