Relatively lower subscription cost as compared to similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has workflows so we are able to design properly the approval based on our policy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

User Interface (UI) specially the terminologies are fit for those who has knowledge in accounting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suggest to reword the terminalogies or field name in the UI so general users are able to better understand what it means and to guide them on its use
