What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
Ability to tailor the product for a particular use. Ease of information retrieval and export.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and intuitive design. Ability to create reports with Velixo is great. Easily learned by users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The procurement function is a bit clunky. I would like more user defined fields available for use on transactional screens. Built in reporting is not nimble enough, although Velixo does compensate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely worth a look. Good product to use.

Acumatica is extremely customizable and most of it can be done in house which I have never experienced with another accounting software before

how highly customizable it is! and many different options available to meet our needs

out of the box financial reporting could be better - also the report designer isn't the most intuitive program

Get it!!! It is a very well designed program for many different purposes!

What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
I can't believe how limited & frustrating Acumatica is compared to other similar products out there. It's like it was designed to make my life more difficult. Every time I try to do something, it feels like I hit a wall because it is so narrow & inflexible. I asked if it could do something specific, & I was told that it couldn't. Sure, there may be a workaround, but it feels like there are 20 different workarounds just to achieve the simplest task. It's incredibly frustrating to have to constantly adjust how we manage our accounting just to make Acumatica work. I feel like I'm locked into this one-size-fits-all solution
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I do not like much about the product. However, it does have an excellent web interface and mobile app that is good for expense reports.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you have a good implementation team and plan on it taking over a year to complete fully.
