Unlike other platforms, this one provides with audit-ready reporting format, tracks revenue acknowledgement, offers detailed access control, and automates repetitive journal entries, all efficiently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have been deeply relying on Acumatica because of its authenticity in expense tracing across different departments, and making the budget management quite easy for us. Moreover, it also manages our project-based accounting, thus, we are able to track our costs and revenue.
What do you dislike most about this product?
All features included in Acumatica are up to the mark and fulfill ERP standards.

Acumatica’s development framework is its strongest asset. It allows complete control over data access, business logic, and UI through extensible DACs, PXGraphs, and workflows. Custom integrations via REST and OData APIs are seamless, enabling external systems to connect without rigid middleware. Developers can tailor business processes while maintaining upgrade compatibility, making it uniquely adaptable for complex, evolving organizations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customization power increases maintenance burden—minor schema or workflow changes can ripple through multiple layers and break during upgrades. Debugging is slow due to limited real-time tracing and inconsistent exception clarity. Documentation lags behind product evolution, forcing reliance on experimentation.
