What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
Everything is integrated and it has enhancements and support as well as add ons, We are very excited to explore AI capabilities and other functions. Hoping to make changes in our current world and remove custom features that make it harder to do upgrades and deployments. Hoping to get more and more up on all the features. Use it out of the box as much as possible. Also we are trying to get our whole company excited to learn and use the system we went live July 2018. I hope that Acumatica continues to listen and make enhancements based on the needs of their customers. Also hope they provide in depth training outside of summit. We are e

What do you dislike most about this product?
lack of individual training. We know that we are not using the software to its fullest potential and that there are so many things that can help our business. We really need to dig deep to learn what we are missing out on. I hope that they consider onsite training included in our fees. There is no reason to waste the potential of the system. Please consider this. Also consider reaching out to the customers and wanting to show that you really want us to learn and grow with your system. Over all we have had a great experience and hope to continue. Our VAR Clients first provides us plus one service so they are doing their part. than you
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take your time and learn as much as your can. Do not implement if everyone is not trained and there are not training documents. You will fail. get all the teams involved in testing and planning so that they help create the buy in needed to be successful and for your business to get everything out of your system Use the outside plug in for enhancements. Go to Summit. Network with other members honestly they are your biggest allies. Have a team of Acumatica users at ;your company to be the voice and super users. This has really helped us keep everyone informed. Just make sure that you are using they system for all it is and is not.

What differentiates Acumatica Cloud ERP from other similar products?
Acumatica Cloud ERP is built for today's businesses and has been a wonderful addition to our manufacturing business. We feel the cost is excellent given what we have received and the authorized reseller that we work with makes Acumatica that much more beneficial. Other products that we looked at were nothing more than a glorified version of the 20 plus year old software that we were previously using.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our favorite aspect is the integration of one module with another with cross reference drill down links. Overall, the ease of use is our favorite aspect of this product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a few modules that we did not get due to the cost. We miss that additional functionality that these modules would bring.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spend time with an authorized reseller and make sure they understand your business and your specific needs and any customizations that you may have. As long as the reseller understands your needs, you will have a successful implementation with Acumatica and Acumatica will be an asset to your business.
