Use this tool to document your sales management responsibilities and assess your time commitment. This tool includes:

  • The ability to document your sales management cadence in greater detail.
  • The calculation of the amount of time the manager is committing to critical interactions per month, quarter, and semiannually.
  • An action planning tab where managers can document action items they will undertake to apply the insights, tips, and practices discussed in the training session.

If the Sales Management Cadence Template and/or Sales Manager Action Plan Template were used in the training session in lieu of this tool, managers will need to transfer information from those templates to this tool.
