Use this template as part of the training session for managers to record cadence decisions on the critical interactions they need to be having with their team. The template includes:
- A list of interactions and descriptions for each
- A recommended frequency for each interaction
- Space for managers to document the frequency and duration they will commit to each interaction
This template can be use in lieu of the Sales Management Cadence Tool, if you want to avoid participants being on their computers during the training session. After completing the template, managers can transfer this planned cadence to McLean & Company's Sales Management Cadence Tool, which will calculate the amount of time in hours they are committing to for all the different interactions. this will allow them to determine if they are over- or under-committing themselves and make any necessary adjustments.
