McLean & Company will work closely with your Talent Acquisition (TA) team to redesign the TA process for a virtual landscape. During the workshop, our analysts will work with you to:
- Assess the current TA process
- Review and select virtual solutions
- Modify and plan to iterate the virtual TA process
This workshop will be conducted using Microsoft Teams with McLean & Company analysts over four (4) sessions of two (2) to four (4) hours each. Participants will also be required to complete approximately three (3) hours of offline work during the workshop.
