McLean & Company can help your HR team build a functional competency framework to better service the function’s clients and the broader organization with an online Functional Competency workshop.
During the workshop, our analysts will work with your team to:
- Select and define 3-5 functional competencies for up to two (2) functional areas.
- Establish up to 4 behavior-based proficiency levels for each functional competency.
- Develop a high-level action plan to integrate these competencies into other HR functions and to implement and communicate the new competency framework.
This workshop will be conducted using Microsoft Teams over five (5) sessions of up to four (4) hours each. Participants will also be required to complete approximately one (1) hour of offline work during the workshop.
