The M&A Terms and Conditions Inventory allows you to evaluate the terms and conditions of both the acquiring and acquired organization, and select a target position for each term or condition.
The M&A Terms and Conditions Inventory has two tabs:
- The Inventory tab provides you with a standard way to capture information on a wide variety of compensation, benefit, and other working conditions for both the acquired and acquiring organization so that you can assess alignment and select a target position for each term or condition.
- The Plan Information tab allows you to document key details about relevant benefits plan documents that may impact your Terms & Conditions selection decisions.
