Participants begin by selecting the learning path that aligns with their role, goals, and experience, then progress through a structured journey of bite-sized learning, practical application, and live sessions with learners from organizations around the world. Learners earn badges as they reach key milestones, receive a certificate upon completion, and can continue building their capabilities through additional learning paths and regularly refreshed learning content.
