What differentiates Zuora CPQ from other similar products?

1) Zuora CPQ is cheaper to it’s competitors like Salesforce CPQ. 2) Zuora CPQ is best accounting service tool for SMB market. 3) Zuora CPQ have reporting and analytics abilities like time dilation revenue report & payment’s report.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1) Easy to use and a friendly UI 2) Based on cloud which make it faster 3) Easy end user setup & new SKU’s setup. 4) As an accountant zuora has always been an upgrading knowledge basis tool for extra activities like automation of ledgers and reporting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1) Zuora CPQ is not a complete ERP, in end business system team export tue data to the main ERP at month end. 2) Currently there innovation has limited & the integration capabilities are still very less. 3) If there is some mismatch, reconciliation can take days to fix.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for the accounting/ billing service tool if your product line is 2 or 3 product.

What differentiates Zuora CPQ from other similar products?

ZUORA CPQ or Zuora Billing is a go to tool for setting up invoicing for 2-3 products. In past we also used Salesforce CPQ, but due to higher cost maintenance we decided to switch over to Zuora. Not only billing, Zuora helps you with analytical features as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Awesome reporting and Dashboard practice for Vendor and End user management. Reporting also for the revenue side with time dilation concept. Ease of setup for end user clients for particular product. Smooth UI and easy to navigate

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zuora CPQ is not an ERP, I as an analyst have to export data of all posted invoices to or main ERP goes by name Business Central via Microsoft. To extract data, you need to learn Data query editor. even though it based on concept of SQL language but it is still different Zuora lacks ecosystem and integration capabilities compared to it’s competitors like Salesforce

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It should be your must go to tool if your business is small-medium level based. Zuora also knows for their frequent updates, hence there is high degree of trust.
