What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

Zoominfo is the essential software for all salespeople because you can use web application or mobile application on your phone and integrate it with your CRM

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the interface (pretty straightforward) and the contact updated policy. I use this software every day and could say that 90% of all contacts are updated. If not, you can add this information as an end-user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes no information about a contact, or only phone number (general) without work e-mail. I guess it is nor so difficult to add work e-mail to the contact

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend to try it, for example, for one month and after that start the integration process if you are ok with this software

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

Makes the lead generation and demand generation to another level no doubt. Its very to use if compared with other similar products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The UX/UI for setting up personas have been the best one for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The accuracy of data makes this product be ranked 7 of 10 as about 30% of the average data we get is dead both hard and soft bounced or does not exist

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say, in the market if compared to cognism (Competitor) this one of really good, the data has helped us a lot to get warm and hot leads. Recommend it for all B2B

Zoominfo has built the complete ecosystem around contact database management. They provide complete sales intelligence to sales which is useful to them while prospecting

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of downloading contacts for team to view them offline and use them. CRM integration helps enrich data there

What do you dislike most about this product?

Their frequency of updating data is very slow, they do it every 6 months which leads to obsolete data be sent to sales many a times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is good platform to enable your sales if you want to enable them with client org and want to enter various buying centers
