The major differentiators is the buyer intent data and the signal, no other vendorts provides such featues

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The data accuracy is top notch, the email address and phone numbers are verified and are updated on regular basis, i believe biweekly they update

What do you dislike most about this product?

the mobile application is rarely used by us, because we generally work on desktops

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if they are looking for a data for north america market, go for it, don't even think before buying a license

What differentiates ZoomInfo Sales from other similar products?

It has a great ease of use and the ability to update contacts when needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

E-mails that are easily customizable to the party you're sending it to and the ease of making templates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It could use some kind of mechanism to better filter out or change contact information. I don't know if this would be by comparing it to LinkedIn, sending out update e-mails to the contacts, or what. Or, if possible, registering any e-mails that are bouncing back or failing to deliver into the system to perhaps trigger a notice to Zoominfo to update it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go through all of the filters and make as customized of search as you possibly can because it's highly do-able.
